The ROOTS MUSIC REPORT True Country Chart for weekending July 19, 2013 is out, and JIGGLEY JONES makes his return to the RMR charts at #21. His No Spring Chicken EP previously peaked at #40 on the Americana Chart. Jiggley comes in ahead of major label artists like Josh Turner, Mark Chesnutt and Alan Jackson.
